At Clinton Designs, we help homeowners, builders and developers bring their projects to life through expertly prepared plans, supporting documentation and streamlined approval services.
Based in Camden and servicing clients throughout New South Wales, we guide projects from the initial concept and design stages through to approval and construction. Our involvement can continue throughout the build, coordinating with builders and consultants until the project reaches completion and an Occupation Certificate is obtained.
Every stage of the process is managed with care, precision and attention to detail. With a Master of Architecture from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney, Clinton Designs combines technical knowledge, practical experience and thoughtful design to create functional, compliant and considered spaces.

Our process
At Clinton Designs, we guide your project from the initial concept through to approval, construction and completion.
1. Initial Consultation
We discuss your ideas, requirements, budget and timeframe while reviewing the site and relevant planning controls.
2. Concept Design
We prepare and refine a design that responds to your brief, site conditions and approval requirements.
3. Documentation and Coordination
Once the design is approved, we prepare the required plans and supporting documents while coordinating consultants such as engineers, surveyors and energy assessors.
4. Lodgement and Approval
We manage the DA, CDC or CC lodgement and assist with council or certifier requests throughout the assessment process.
5. Construction Support
During construction, we can coordinate with builders and consultants, respond to queries and assist with documentation through to the Occupation Certificate.
